2. Business objectives and focus on quality
Positive financial results and generation of profit are key factors in the company’s success and growth – therefore we operate effective cost management and strive to achieve continuous improvement in profits and added value.
We further develop successful business areas, i.e. provision of high quality design and engineering services; drilling; engineering and geological surveys; development, audit and maintenance of information systems; comprehensive deliveries of capital equipment; export of chemicals and the development of new technologies.
We continuously improve the conditions for our work to meet customer requirements, striving to improve the awareness of the business, quality and types of services we provide.
We focus on maximum customer satisfaction and trust of our business partners. We strive to keep existing customers and win new ones and have established partnerships with our suppliers.
3. People development
A stable, qualified and enthusiastic workforce is the basis of any success, and for this reason every employee in the company gets the chance to develop his or her own potential and skills and at the same time to contribute to the company’s success. It is our aim to have all our employees actively committed to the company’s business.
We are constantly striving to raise awareness among our employees in the areas of skills, environmental protection and safety at work. We provide an environment which encourages them to develop their skills.
The work and qualifications of our employees are the subject of continuous review and together with them we take steps for continuous improvement.
4. Environmental Protection
When doing our work we try at all times to prevent environmental pollution. We regularly monitor and assess the impact of our activities on the environment.
When preparing and introducing new technologies we focus on those which are suitable from a business point of view, but which are also safe and meet our requirement to prevent environmental pollution.
In our choice of business partners and suppliers we take account of their approach to environmental protection. Whenever possible, we prefer suppliers who use non-polluting technologies, materials and products.
We are focussed on the best possible use of raw materials and energy, on consistent monitoring of emissions to the environment and on reducing waste generation. On environmental questions we are open to dialogue with the public.
5. Health and Safety at Work
The company devotes much attention to safety at work, and in particular to maintaining security of assets, the environment and the health of individuals. We maintain appropriate conditions for monitoring, analysing, assessing, prevention and improvement of safety in the working environment and all our activities.
We provide a safe, healthy and cultivated working environment for our employees, partners and guests. To maintain health and safety at work we work together with all employees, customers, suppliers, governmental authorities and other interested parties.
