Company Profile

We are a Czech company providing services in the area of field preparation, design, engineering, development, consulting, geological surveys and recovery.

Our major customers are from the power and heat generation and chemical sectors but we also provide services to the education and other public sectors.

Our activities aim at meeting our company vision, capitalising on the skills of our people, on an established and proven quality management system and substantial business experience, while respecting the environment.

Company history

1990

  • Establishment of CHEMCOMEX (the business developed within various legal forms up to the current status of a joint stock company)
  • Staff reinforced with experts for technology process management, radiation control and chemical regimes.

1991

  • Staff reinforced with experts for geological surveys and foundation engineering
  • Focus on new activities such as drilling, foundation engineering surveys, environmental legacy recovery, risk analyses and environmental audits.

1992

  • Scope of business extended to include import and export of speciality chemicals
  • Establishment of a new export-import business unit

1993

  • Service portfolio supplemented by the development and maintenance of tailor-made software

1994

  • Implementation of Quality Assurance System

1995

  • Further development of activities for the nuclear power sector and hydro-geological surveys including development of services related to recovery of environmental legacy
  • New design team based permanently at Dukovany

1996

  • Acquisition of a design centre in Kralupy nad Vltavou, offering capability and experience in project design and management, particularly for the chemical and building sectors.

1998

  • The system of quality assurance was extended to meet all requirements of EN ISO 9001 norm, with the aim of carrying out a certifikation audit and obtain the certifikate.

1999

  • The first certifikate of meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 was issued. 

2001

  • The company integrated control system, meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:1996 was introduced.

2002

  • An audit of the company integrated system was carried out and the certifikate of meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:1996 was issued.

2003

  • Service Offer was extended with the elaboration of realization documentation of pipelines and steel constructions.

2005

  • Revision audit of the company integrated system was carried out and the certificate of meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001: 2004 was issued.
  • Decision on introducing a complex company information System was made.

2006

  • The complex company information system based on the basis of software products e-Synergy, Exact Globe 2003 and PERM was introduced.

2007

  • The integrated control system was extended with meeting the requirements of OHSAS 18001: 1999 standard.

2008

  • Revision audit of the company integrated system was carried out and the certificate of meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001: 2004 was issued.
  • Welding Quality Certification according to ČSN EN ISO 3834-2:2006 has been completed
